Our company was founded by a retired Marine who served for more than 28 years across a variety of Logistics, Program Management, Systems Development and Management, and
DAWIA Program Development assignments. We are staffed by Veterans and Private Industry Professionals with deep experience in Lean Six Sigma and apply the Deming Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) and continuous process improvement (CPI) methodologies. We apply this type of experience and disciplined CPI approach to every contract and project to enhance outcomes for our customers and optimize cost/benefit and operational perspectives.

Our personnel were involved with the APM Rationalization process, directed by Headquarters, Marine Corps (HQMC C4), where the enterprise application portfolio was reduced from approximately 8000 to 850 desktop applications. This process involved working with every FAM in the Marine Corps, analyzing their portfolio's and eliminating obsolete and inefficient applications.
